Green Bean Salad

Typed on a partial sheet of typing paper.

  • 1 can each, drained well:

French style green beans

Cut wax beans

Red kidney beans

  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (may be left in "rings")

Put vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing (below) over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator over night.

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
